OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 13, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to confirm approval for the Minister of Health and Wellness to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Province of Prince Edward Island, Health PEI, the Province of New Brunswick, Regional Health Authority A (Vitalité), Regional Health Authority B (Horizon), and the Nova Scotia Health Authority to provide hematology oncology services to Prince Edward Island residents, in the form set forth in Appendix “A” subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Memorandum of Understanding.
