OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 26, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

b) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Natural Resources to:

a) acquire by lease a portion of privately-owned land containing approximately 1.13 hectares (2.79 acres), located at Antrim, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, being identified as a portion of PID 40228892 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule ‘A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation, from Gerrit and Leona Schuurmans, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, for the purpose of providing access to Crown lands, and for no other purpose, for a term of ten years with an option to renew for a further ten years at a cost of $3,000 for each ten year term, plus any legal costs incurred by the Minister in respect of the lease; and

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
