OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated January 31, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 5 of

Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act , is pleased, effective on and after February 3, 2023, to appoint Jillian Barrington of Sydney, Nova Scotia, Bronwyn Duffy of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Jill Hartlen of Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Bryna Hatt of Pictou, Nova Scotia, barristers of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be Judges of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia.
