OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 26, 2015, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Natural Resources to:

a) acquire land valued at $42,000 and located at Catalone Gut, Cape Breton County, Nova Scotia, by gift from Patricia Lewis, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, subject to the condition that Patricia Lewis, her respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, which land is presently identified by PID 15360423 and is outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation;

b) pay such legal, appraisal, survey or other costs incurred with respect of the acquisition by gift of this land; and

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
