OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated October 12, 2017, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to, commencing December 5, 2017: (
a) appoint Ms. Beverley Cooke of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation, for a term of three years; and (
b) reappoint Mr. John Armstrong of Arcadia, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation, for a term of three years.
