Under the authority of

section 257 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Schedule

Beginning at a point at the mouth of George's Pond Brook on the western shoreline of Rolling Cove and then running south 65 west a distance of 7,000 metres, more or less;

Then running north 3,350 metres, more or less;

Then running north 65 east a distance of 7,300 metres, more or less, to a point in the shoreline of Fishpoint Gulch on the western shoreline of Blackhead Bay;

Then running in a generally southerly direction along the western shoreline of

Blackhead

Bay

via King's Cove to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to the true meridian.
