OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated June 21, 2005, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint the following persons as Adjudicators of the Small Claims Court, each for a term of office of one year commencing July 13, 2005 and ending July 12, 2006: Scott Barnett of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Gregg Knudsen of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; (

b) determine the remuneration for an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia to be at the rate determined by Order in Council 2005-52 dated February 11, 2005, and Order in Council 2005-153 dated April 14, 2005 as amended from time to time by Governor in Council.
