Order in Council 320/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(4) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, the reappointment of Patrick Sheils as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors by Order in Council 184/2020 is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
