Order in Council 977/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 839/2020, dated May 28, 2020, Lisa Kool was appointed as the Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council;

And

whereas Lisa Kool has advised of her retirement from her appointment as the Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards effective April 14, 2022;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Private Security and Investigative Services Act, 2005, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 839/2020, dated May 28, 2020, appointing Lisa Kool as the Registrar of Private Investigators and Security Guards, is hereby revoked effective April 14, 2022.
