B.C. Reg. 296/2006, deposited November 15, 2006, pursuant to the BUDGET MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION ACT [Section 41] and the SOCIAL SERVICE TAX ACT [Section 128 (1)]. Order in Council 792/2006, approved and ordered November 14, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2007,

(

a) sections 29 and 30 of the Budget Measures Implementation Act, 2006 , S.B.C. 2006, c. 2, are brought into force, and

(

b) the Levy Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 281/90, is repealed.
