OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated April 27, 2021, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 7 of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act , is pleased to: (
a) reappoint J. Walter Thompson, Q.C., of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission, for a term of three years commencing May 11, 2021; and (
b) determine the remuneration for J. Walter Thompson, Q.C, as $200 per one-half day, plus expenses.
