Order in Council 800/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992, Jonathan O’Neil of the City of Toronto is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on the later date of April 25, 2026 and the date this Order in Council is made.
