Order in Council 868/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 ,

Joanne De Laurentiis , of Toronto

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such becomes a member of the Authority, and designated as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Authority, for a period of three years effective the later of June 28, 2021, or the date of this Order in Council.

And further that Order in Council 1052/2019 be revoked, effective the later of June 28, 2021, or the date of this Order in Council.
