Order in Council 668/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Egya Sangmuah of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective August 13, 2026.
