OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minster of Justice and Attorney General dated December 14, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) effective December 31, 1999, revoke the appointment of Gail A. McLaughlin of R.R.#1 Porter's Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with Boyne Clarke, which appointment was made by Order in Council 87-697 dated June 2, 1987; and (

b) appoint Gail A. McLaughlin of Lake Echo, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits for a term to expire January 31, 2005.
