OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated July 2, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective July 3, 2009, to: (

a) revoke the assignment of supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Ross Landry, which assignment was made by Order in Council 2009-309 dated June 19, 2009; and (

b) assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Graham Steele, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act.
