On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Waste Discharge Regulation, B.C. Reg. 320/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 4 of the Waste Discharge Regulation, B.C. Reg. 320/2004, is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (2) (

d) and substituting the following:

(

d) if the person is a partnership,

(

i) the name of the partnership,

(ii) the name of the partner delivering the registration on behalf of the partnership,

(iii) the name of each partner who has authority, on behalf of the partnership, to conduct the industry, trade or business, or to carry out the activity or operation, to which the registration relates, and

(iv) if a partner referred to in subparagraph (ii) or (iii) is a corporation, the information referred to in paragraph (

b) or (c), as applicable, with respect to the corporation; , and

(

b) by repealing subsection (6) (

a) and substituting the following:

(a) 90 days after an anniversary referred to in subsection (5) (

a) if the annual charge has not been paid, or .
