Order in Council 1081/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 4.1 (2) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , and effective as of the date this Order is approved,

Marika Hare , of Toronto, Ontario

be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Energy Board for a term not exceeding two years.
