OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated July 25, 2014, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985,
Section 99 of the Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited and all other authority in him vested, is pleased to: (
a) designate Wayne Crawley, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited for a term ending April 4, 2015; and (
b) authorize payment of $100.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses to Wayne Crawley as Director and Vice Chair of the Board for work involving Trade Centre Limited.
