Order in Council 1345/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Kimberley Westfall-Connor was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective April 14, 2022, by Order in Council O.C. 953/2022;

And

whereas Kimberley Westfall-Connor tendered her resignation effective June 17, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 953/2022 be revoked effective June 17, 2023.
