Order in Council 1010/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Pharmacy Act, 1991 ,

Sylvia Moustacalis of Toronto

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the Ontario College of Pharmacists for a period of three years, effective August 13, 2017 to and including August 12, 2020.
