OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 27, 2026, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after April 28, 2026, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Health Canada to extend the Toll-Free Quitline Numbers and Cessation Web Portal Address on Tobacco Packaging Initiative, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
