OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie dated May 11, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 14, 2022, to approve the Minister of Acadian Affairs and Francophonie entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with the State of Louisiana, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
