OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated October 1, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 18 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to: (
a) extinguish the right of the public to use that portion of Highway No. 7 containing 2,420 square meters, more or less, situated at or near Marie Joseph in the County of Guysborough and more particularly described in
Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on
Schedule "B" which Schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; and (
b) transfer of Administration and Control of the land to the Department of Natural Resources.
