OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 15, 2001, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Allison Hull, made pursuant to Order in Council 97-671 dated October 22, 1997; and (
b) appoint Allison Hull-Geddes of New Glasgow, Pictou County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
