Order in Council 1811/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas effective October 1, 2017 the Lieutenant Governor in Council has appointed Gergely Orencsak to serve as Deputy Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities;

Pursuant to the authority cited above and despite Order in Council 1724/2016, Gergely Orencsak shall be paid an annual base salary of $330,000.00 during his appointment as Deputy Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development.
