OIC Text: The Governor and Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated September 27, 2016, and pursuant to Sections 8 and 9 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995, the Highway 104 Western Alignment Act , is pleased to appoint Bruce Fitzner of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as the sole Director of the Highway 104 Western Alignment Corporation for a term commencing October 11, 2016 and ending March 31, 2017.
