Statutes Amendment Act, 2018 provides that

section 2(3) and (8) of that Act come

into force on Proclamation; and

WHEREAS it is expedient to proclaim

section 2(3) and (8) of the Election Finances

and Contributions Disclosure Statutes Amendment Act, 2018 in force:

NOW KNOW YE THAT by and with the advice and consent of Our Executive

Council of Our Province of Alberta, by virtue of the provisions of the said Act
