EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would authorize the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council to increase the amount of money raised under the

Loan Act, 2020 from a maximum amount of

"$2,000,000,000" to a maximum amount of "$3,000,000,000".

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

Section 3 of the Loan Act, 2020 is amended by deleting the amount of

"$2,000,000,000" and substituting the amount of

"$3,000,000,000".
