CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Recreational and Cultural Facilities Capital Grants Act (Assented to April 29, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Recreational and Cultural Facilities Capital Grants Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c. R-8 The Recreational and Cultural Facilities Capital Grants Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 3(2) is repealed and the following is substituted: “

(2) The grant program is to be applied during the period commencing April 1, 1977, and ending on December 31, 1981, to assist municipalities and non-profit societies to acquire, construct and renovate recreational and cultural facilities”.
