Order in Council 1730/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 14(1.1) of the Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs Act , R.S.O. 1990, c. M.16 as amended,

Mr. Arnold Strub of Dundas, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective October 22, 2016 to October 21, 2019.

And pursuant to subsection 172(5) of the Environmental Protection Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.

Mr. Arnold Strub of Dundas, Ontario

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a fixed term of three years effective October 22, 2016 to October 21, 2019.
