1 The Identification Card Regulation (AR 221/2003) is

amended by this Regulation.

2 The following is added after

section 16:

Expiry

17 For the purpose of ensuring that this Regulation is reviewed for

ongoing relevancy and necessity, with the option that it may be

repassed in its present or an amended form following a review, this

Regulation expires on November 30, 2018.

SECURITIES AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 233 of the Securities Act.

1 The Securities Regulation (AR 115/95) is amended by

this Regulation.

2 The

Schedule is amended

(

a) in

section 1 by adding the following after clause

(d.4):

(d.41) "NI 55-104" means National Instrument 55-104 Insider

Reporting Requirements and Exemptions, as amended

or replaced from time to time;

(

b) by repealing

section 5(1) and substituting the

following:

5(1) Subject to subsection (2), a report of exempt distribution

required to be filed in connection with the use of an exemption

from the prospectus requirements under Alberta securities laws

must be accompanied by a fee equal to the greater of

(a) $120, and

(

b) in the case of

(

i) a money market fund, 0.02% of the net proceeds,

(ii) any other mutual fund, 0.02% of the gross

proceeds, or

(iii) in any other case, 0.025% of the gross proceeds

realized by the issuer or selling security holder from purchasers

in Alberta of the securities described in the report.

(

c) in

section 6(2)(

b) by striking out "$540" and

substituting "$600";

(

d) by adding the following after

section 22:

23 If an insider report required to be filed by a person or

company pursuant to NI 55-104 is not filed within the prescribed

period of time and the Commission is the principal regulator

under MI 11-102, a late fee of $100 must be paid to the

Commission.

3 This Regulation comes into force on May 13, 2013.

(1.1) The President of the Executive Council is designated as the

Minister responsible for the Alberta Public Agencies Governance

Act.

Section 14 is amended by adding the following after

subsection (1):

(1.1) The Minister of Municipal Affairs is designated as the

Minister responsible for the New Home Buyer Protection Act.
