OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated April 16, 2019, and pursuant to Sections 9 and 10 of
Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased to approve the expropriation by Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of Nova Scotia of land parcels ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’, and Lot 2, and easement parcels ‘E-1’, ‘E-2’, ‘E-3’, ‘E-4’, and ‘E-5’, Hants County, being more particularly described in
Schedule “A” and shown on the plans marked
Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, the expropriation being for the public purpose of the Highway 101 Three Mile Plains to Falmouth Project, Hants County.
