OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 7, 1999, pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to appoint Douglas J. Lloy of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, for a term of office of one year commencing June 1, 1999, and ending May 31, 2000.
