Order in Council 633/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tavlin Kaur was reappointed as full-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective March 28, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 330/2024;

And

whereas Tavlin Kaur was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of one year, effective March 28, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 327/2024;

And

whereas Tavlin Kaur tendered her resignation effective April 2, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Orders in Council O.C. 330/2024 and 327/2024 be revoked effective April 2, 2024.
