Order in Council 1902/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5, David Edward Sinclair of Kenora, Ontario, previously appointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2033/2002 and reappointed by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1774/2005, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1825/2008, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1658/2011, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1775/2012, and Order in Council numbered O.C. 1684/2013, is reappointed as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation during pleasure for a term not exceeding two (2) years, commencing December 18, 2016.
