Presiding Member of the Executive Council ste Environment, Lands and Parks PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 9 9 2 , Approved and Ordered JUL - 6 al■ Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that approval is given to the disposition by Crown grant to the Northern Rockies Regional District of the unsurveyed portions of Blocks H & I of District Lot 1535, Peace River District, shown outlined in bold black on the sketch attached ("the land") provided that:

a) the uses of the land must be limited to the specific purposes of an airport and ancillary uses, subject to reversion if not so used, and

b) the Northern Rockies Regional District must enter into an agreement with Province regarding the transfer, survey, use and remediation, if necessary, of the land. BCAL Tracking # 00-11 (This
