OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated September 5, 2007, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(

d) of

Chapter 10 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Medical Act, and

Section 44A of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Douglas J. Lloy of Stellarton, Pictou County, as a member of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia for a three year term commencing on November 1, 2007 and expiring on October 31, 2010; and (

b) appoint the following persons as members of the Council of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia, each for a three year term commencing on October 1, 2007 and expiring on September 30, 2010: Harold Bezanson of New Glasgow, Pictou County; and Mary Hamblin of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
