An Act to Amend the New Brunswick Income Tax Act Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: 1P aragraph 52.1(2)(

f) of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is repealed and the following is substituted: (

f) on or before June 30, 2006, the individual has, ei- ther on his or her own behalf or through a representa- tive, filed an application on the form provided by the Minister of Finance of New Brunswick for a refund of the overpayment, and Paragraph 52.1(3)(

f) of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: (

f) on or before June 30, 2006, the individual has, ei- ther on his or her own behalf or through a representa- tive, filed an application on the form provided by the Minister of Finance of New Brunswick for a refund of the overpayment, and Paragraph 52.1(4)(

f) of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted: (

f) on or before June 30, 2006, the individual has, ei- ther on his or her own behalf or through a representa- tive, filed an application on the form provided by the PROJET DE LOI Loi modifiant la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et du consentement de l’Assem- blée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick décrète : 1 L’alinéa 52.1(2)

f) de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N-6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2000, est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit :

f) le juin ou avant cette date, le particulier a, soit lui-même ou par l’intermédiaire d’un représentant, produit une demande de remboursement du paiement en trop au moyen de la formule fournie par le ministre des Finances du Nouveau-Brunswick; 2 L’alinéa 52.1(3)

f) de la loi est abrogé et remplacé par ce qui suit :

f) le juin ou avant cette date, le particulier a, soit lui-même ou par l’intermédiaire d’un représentant, produit une demande de remboursement du paiement en trop au moyen de la formule fournie par le ministre des Finances du Nouveau-Brunswick; 3 L’alinéa 52.1(4)
