Order in Council 878/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Assessment Review Board Act and subsection 16 (4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Christopher Voutsinas of Toronto be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Assessment Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective August 26, 2023
