OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 19, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Christine Pynch of Cambridge, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 85-186 dated February 26, 1985, while employed as a Social Worker for the Municipality of Kings; and (

b) appoint Christine Pynch of R.R.#1 Cambridge, Kings County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia.
