OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated October 26, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to appoint Mark Boudreau of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of two (2) years commencing December 1, 2022.
