Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of two easements with respect to Crown land at Lewis Cove Road, Richmond County, at the approximate locations shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Oskar Kob of Lewis Cove Road, Richmond County, his heirs and assigns, for the consideration of $500.00 per hectare, multiplied by the total area of Crown land occupied by the easements, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
