Order in Council 1420/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jordan Paquet was appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective June 22, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 832/2023;

And

whereas Jordan Paquet tendered his resignation effective August 23, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Order in Council O.C. 832/2023 be revoked effective August 23, 2023.
