Order in Council 1572/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1186/2023 made August 17, 2023, Kam Va Philip Leong was reappointed as a part-time member and redesignated as part-time Vice-Chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation;

And

whereas Kam Va Philip Leong has resigned effective November 27, 2024;

Therefore Order in Council 1186/2023 is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
