OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated December 23, 2003, pursuant to
Section 50 of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2002, the Justice Administration Amendment
(2002) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Section 44 in
Part IX of
Chapter 10 of the Acts of 2002, the Justice Administration Amendment Act, come into force on and not before February 1, 2004.
