OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated March 19, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statues of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the disposal of three (3) sections of land containing a total area of 339,382 square feet, more or less, at or near Port Williams, Kings County, and more particularly described in

Schedule “A” and identified as Parcels CR-1B containing 71,698 square feet, CR-2B containing 65,223 square feet and CR-3 containing 202,461 square feet on

Schedule “B”, which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) authorize the conveyance of the land to the Municipality of the County of Kings, a body corporate, incorporated under the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia for the nominal consideration of $1.00; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
