OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing dated April 22, 1999, is pleased to specify the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission as the authority who shall issue licenses to associations for betting theatres in the Province of Nova Scotia as contemplated by s. 204(8)(

e) of the Criminal Code in such number and in respect of such locations as may be requested by associations in the Province upon application by an association, together with payment of a fee of $100 and receipt of proof of an applicant association's status as an association as defined by s. 204(9)(ii) of the Criminal Code as may be amended from time to time.
