OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 10, 2008, and pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, is pleased to approve the making of a grant by the Minister of Health on behalf of the Province to the IWK Health Centre in the total amount not to exceed $6,750,000.00 (six million and seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars) for the additional costs associated with completing Phase D2 - 6 & 7 North Children's inpatient units, which grant is to be paid on the basis of invoiced costs submitted to the Department of Health and charged to "Capital Grants, Department of Health".
