Order in Council 852/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant Pursuant to subsection 14(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16, Michael Lindsay of Toronto, be reappointed as Chief Executive Officer of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 1, 2025.
